WestPaws Veterinary Center is excited for visits to start to return to normal on August 2nd. We will be modifying our COVID procedures but intend to do so guardedly to maintain the safest experience for everyone. WestPaws will continue to require proper mask wearing by staff and pet parents at all times, regardless of vaccination status, while in the building or interacting at a vehicle. We will also require everyone entering the building to apply hand sanitizer once in the vestibule. The guidelines set forth by the CDC for healthcare facilities require masks to be worn by all staff and visitors. WestPaws by classification is a healthcare facility and will continue to follow the CDC guidelines to maintain the highest level of safety for everyone. We will continue to use curbside service for medications, food, and hospitalizations/surgeries. Because of the size of our facility and to minimize exposure for our staff we will only be allowing one pet parent in with each pet. If your family is larger or you wish not to be in the building, we can accommodate you with curbside service for your appointment.
The building will continue to remain locked. Please call when you arrive, and you will be escorted in when it is time for your appointment. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you at a charge. Please note that while we are going through this phase, we will not have a restroom available. We appreciate your understanding.
We understand the past year has been very stressful for everyone. Thank you everyone for your support and patience during the pandemic.
We look forward to continuing to care for your furry family members.
